    These are brand new LR UCAs. Those are little rust spots around the welds. This is probably going to create problems down the road yes? Should I contact SPC?

    Contact them for sure, but I think if you use a wire wheel to clean the area and reprime and paint it will be fine. Yeah, it's a waste of time but depending on what they say, it's an option.
