If anyone is from Pa. could you please tell me of a place where I can do some off-roading? I would like to take my wife on a weekend trip but I cannot find a place in central Pa.

yea, rausch is a great time. there is talk of a "bring your girl wheeling and camping" trip to rausch in november. i think there is a group going september/october as well. check the
northeast region section, thats where you will find the info. beach creek info is there as well.

FYI this place is legal. You can pay 100 bucks for a year long permit. But it doesn't seem like anyone checks for the permit. My cousin has been there like 6 times with no permit and no one has ever asked him about it or enforced it.

South south east of the Burgh is an off road park. Forgot the name, but it's there. Google it.
