Yes black, EBAY. $8 shipped. Wasn't sure about the red but left it alone. Saw a White TX on the lot at Tarbox, it had a big red one in the same place.......also noticed on the sticker $4700 for the suspension package. What a rip

I'd take any vehicle except silver. I like pretty much every vehicle, even single cabs! I almost bought one. Silver makes me :puke:

Anyone running load "E" tires? The Terra Grapplers I have now are 305/60R18's and I'm looking to go to 285/65R18's with the same tire. Only thing is that size comes as an LT load "E" rated tire. I believe my current tire to be a "C". I know "E" is overkill for any payload/towing I'll ever do with the truck. More concerned about ride comfort. I don't mind stiff, just don't want to feel like the tires are solid rubber.

My Grabber AT2s are LT's....Barely noticed the change in MPG's BUT big difference in what I have for a tire...;).....definetly know they are there..less give on my "Pepere' driving style  and unless they are aired down no sidewall flex at all..

The only thing I noticed was more noise but that is because of the tire tread style...

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
I'm always going to go stronger after I slid of the road, jumped a curb, and blew out the sidewalls of two tires

I wouldn't put E's on a Tacoma... They are a very stiff tire.

What PSI do you run? From what I've been reading, running "E" tires as low as 35~40 isn't good.

That's what I'm afraid of. Seems like a lot of sizes I've been looking at are either P rated or LT "E" rated.

I see that a lot on here. My dad's diesel I don't even think has E rated tires, I think his are D's. I've been running P rated tires since I had my Tacoma, no issues so far. They've handled all the loads I've carried.

I am running load range D in the equivalent size for 17" wheels. The are definitely stiff, aired down on the trails they aren't though. Mine really arnt that bad, the ride isnt uncomfartable at all. Im not sure the difference from D to E would be. Have you looked at other sizes and what load ranges are available? If i had 18" wheels i would probably go with 265/70/18. I know you like those wide tires though haha

I've considered 285/60R18's, but they are an inch less in diameter. I know it doesn't sound like much, but I want a tire in the 32~33" range. I might even consider the 275/65R18's. Seems those are closer to "D" rated tires. Wondering if 275's would look to thin for a 9" wide rim.

My tires are load rated E, have no issues with them and hopefully they can handle a little more abuse.
As far as the movies go, my favorites growing up were; Spaceballs, History of the world Part I, and Holy Grail. I can pretty much run through the lines of them all.

    1)
    2)

    1) Come on ...You remember what I do for a living...76,000 lbs all day long on 4 axles..these tires on the Taco are anything but stiff riding :p ;)

    2) I am currently running 35 lbs. and no excessive wear...if anything these things will out perform my expectations...They had almost 20k on them when purchased and I have not seen a 2/32 " drop since last July....granted I do NOT put the miles on like some of you BUT putting a full load of block , ledge ,sand or stone dust on has not had them squatting....

During our "Snow events" I did drop them down to 25-28 lbs. for "effect" and they performed quite well...again ,no excessive wear...

What PSI do you run at?

I haven't seen History Of The World Part I. I've always liked the Hot Shots and Naked Gun type movies.
