    Hey guys, getting a bumper built by Tyler at Pelfreybilt, and mixed up the LED bars I thought we were having inset in the bumper. So I ordered a 20" single row led bar...I'm sure it's just one of those standard Chinese ones.

    NOT A RIGID LED BAR

    So if someone can get me the exact measurements of the bottom mounts.

    Need mount foot to centerline of light and face of light to depth of mount foot. And so just all around measurements of everything so we know where to put the tabs at to mount it. Otherwise we've got to wait like 3ish weeks to get my lights and put on the tabs

    Well, you're no help. It's for an inset light in a hybrid plate bumper, so I need exact measurements so it fits perfectly in the inset hole

    You need an exact depth measurement. Again, the width of the legs is adjustable. Just make sure the mount points are less than 20" apart, maybe less than 18 to be safe, and at your correct depth. You'll want measurements from your unit specifically; different models have different housings.

    I need to know exactly how far down to tack the tabs though too...height is an issue as well. I'm fully aware of the horizontal, just need the vertical measurements

    Hahah the Rigid was like $600...the Chinese one was about $100 or so...and only has 1000 less lumens than rigid...already running a 22" above it...sooooo...more help please, less suggestions

    I hope not. That'd be a half-assed bumper design and Pelfrey has a good reputation. I'm sure they won't let that happen.

    That said, I agree with Volcom. Rigid/Vision X and the like are overpriced compared to the market. You can get 90% of the lightbar for 30% of the price. They're going to have to compete elsewhere besides price.

    Whoa, totally didn't see that lol. That's pretty much the plan right now...but I wanted to get all the tabs on it and get it painted, so when I got the lights I could just put them on and install the bumper on the spot
