    :woot: I win! :D

Are you talking about sealing the ABS pipe to itself? Or where it enters the truck?

I wonder if ABS cement is sensor safe?

Hallelujah! Looks like I lost one of the caliper bolts. Caliper was swinging free. That could have jammed up the wheel. Only had a 100 miles since brake mod, hadn't retorqued everything yet.

I got to much going on to speed the money for new bearings and seals.

Since I can't post this in a thread for some reason I guess I'll ask this here. Does anybody have any experience with Tundra struts? I saw here the other day somebody put them on and gained a little bit of lift. Wondering how they ride, how realiable they are etc. Any help/info is appreciated

Well I installed that pioneer double din over the weekend and for the last few days I've been working on installing my sub/amp I've had laying around. Couldn't get the amp to power up so today I re-did the remote turn-on connection at the deck, bought/installed a redtop battery, re-did and extended the chassis ground from my battery with 8ga wire (was only 14ga...) and put on a new terminal stud for the negative post on the battery.

Sub/amp powers up great and sounds amazing for only ~150 amps haha. A coworker gave it to me a while ago and I had it in my last car but it sounded like crap. Before installing in my truck I opened it up and found whoever put it together didn't use any sort of connectors on the terminals. Only wrapped the bare wire with no solder. So I re-did all of that and this thing slams!

Ordered them from Rockauto. I believe they cost $40 each. Looks pretty secure to me. I'll let you know if I have any problems. This is not my DD.

Only three bolts. I'm not sure why the horror stories. Maybe they didn't tighten them??

It's not a whole mirror assembly that wobbles, it's the mirror itself. It floats on a plastic piece that is crap in the aftermarket mirrors.

Needle and thread is cool, I was thinking more along the lines of adding some thin foam padding to compensate for the slack. Next time my wife forces me to go to Michaels (craft store) I'll finally have a reason. :D

I have seen a few members here sporting the DEPO oem style crystal clear/red OEM tail lights to get rid of the yellow. I ended up snagging a pair off fleabay cause I figured that most of the bulbs on my tail lights are at least 9 years old and overall they look aesthetically clean and not ricey. I'll throw some detailed pics of my install in my build.

Here are the original OEM and DEPO tail lights side by side:

    THIS ^^

I have a pair of 01-04 mirrors that I got off of RockAuto. Ended up getting refunded for one of em after having to exchange the drivers side mirror due to the mirror (glass) wobbling. I figure what the heck, doesn't bother me much and I only spent about $30 overall on the pair ;)

    Oh yea, great customer service.
