Got some info on Baja's straight from Toyota CS. Baja pkg. was not out when brochure was written. First level CS did not know chit. When I accused them of not reading my email I got to next level. Dealer said that Toyota was not building the BY package. According to CS this is not true. Sounds like I can order without side graphics.

Thanks for all your help. I did locate a white DC Baja and picked it up last week. It came w/o graphics, which would have cost $400 more. List price was $38,999 and I got if for $36,980. Not as much discount as hoped for but the San Diego dealers had none on order and really didn't want to get one allocated to them. I'll take a picture and post soon.

I picked one up in Ventura CA for 34695 out the door, white Baja DCSB MT. By chance did you end up ordering the TX Pro? they come with the same wheels but w/out the "BAJA" on the sides

FWIW, people on here that have removed the stickers said it was super easy. Wait for a warm day and it won't take you more than 20 minutes to peal right off. Of course it's great if you can save $400, but for those of you looking for a new Baja the stickers or not is negligible in my opinion compared to other options and negotiations.

Tx pro doesn't have the lift or the reservoir shocks. Rims are the same but the tx pro rims are black. Also it doesnt come with the BFG AT's

I will find out next week if I can order without stickers. I can get one with in 3 weeks or at the end of May. I am now wondering about the durability of the stickers and how they will weather. Also I am thinking that you just not wax that area. I got a spec sheet on one yesterday MSRP = 37.6 less $400 for no vehicle shield. We are getting in my range.

Looks like I might be headed to KC. I found 3 up there and none have side graphics. Only problem is none have tow pkg.. I called a dealer and sales guy was very knowledgeable. Unlike the ones here in Dallas. He said no problem to the BY option. If he cannot find one in stock he will just catch one before graphics go on. The other good thing about KC is I do not have to deal with the Gulf States over priced add ons.

Are you looking at the options on the dealer website or sticker on the actual truck. Just thinking maybe dealer forgot to put it online

dealers website. MSRP makes sense without it. Tow is listed as a separate option on every thing I have looked at. None of the 3 in KC show a tow package.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
For what its worth im frustrated.
My local dealer had 2 2012 baja and I almost bought one
2012 baja barcelona red access cab auto
2012 baja barcelona red double cab 6spd.

At the time I had a 2008 access cab 4cyl 5spd and I THOUGHT I wanted a double cab auto.

The 2012 baja trucks had a sticker of 36k each.
I ended up buying a 2012 double cab trd offroad automatic in blue for 28k.

I hated it. I drove it for 5 months and the bed was too damn small the springs were weak as hell and I missed the manual. The auto was WAY better on gas, I drove 480 miles with an emtpy trailer on one tank and averaged 23.5 mpg

But at the end of the day I hated it. I traded it in for a
2013 access cab trd offroad super white 6spd and I payed 31900 for it with 125k bumper to bumper toyota platinum and lifetime powertrain warranty by company x. And I love it.

But I still want the baja. I have called around dealers, searched the web. Everything. I called toyota corporate and they hung up on me after telling me tha ks for buying your truck. I called back and they told me that they cant tell me any info on 2013 baja package even though they have a picture on thier options as well as the package listed. They wont tell me where or how many or anything.

I want a acess cab 6spd baja in black or red or whit I dont give a shit about entune id like the vynal floor. Why cant toyota pull some strings here?

A quick cars.com search for new Tacomas less than 40k pulled back a ton of the Bajas. Baja doesn't show up at a model number so you have to look at the pictures or read the features. I'm also not sure they did an AC as I've only seen DC on the 2013s I looked at. Good luck.

I have only seen double cab 2013 as well. I would be perfectly happy with a 2012 baja access cab

i have been in communication with toyota, corporate and a few dealers.

there IS a 2013 access cab baja, and so far all the ones i have found/seen come without the graphics instead where the tx pro sticker or trd offroad would be is a tx pro baja sticker.

im working on getting one ordered or allocated. so its going to come down to how far upside down on my 2013 access cab im going to be, so far its not looking pretty so i may have to wait.

also the guy down the road just brought home a new 2013 DC baja in white with black graphics. Im thinking about going and talking to him, getting the vin and ordering replacement shocks/springs for the front and shocks for the back and stuffing them on my trd offroad.
