Well i decided to re do the pan hard i started mocking up the new one this evening. It wont be as crazy as the other but it will have bends / splices. I'm going to sleeve it at the splices with 1" cold rolled soild stock just for safe measure :D

I went top of the line on the steering shaft and ordered some Borgeson Universal U-Joints and a Borgeson Telescoping Steering Shaft. Fucking $300.00 for just my steering shaft and U jounts  that puts me just under $20,000 for the build judging the bad ass parts I have I'd say it's not too bad  I've still got about $3,000 to $3,500 to spend before it's all said and done.

Is that just the stuff for this portion or does it include the purchase price of the truck?

Either way, it's gonna be pretty bad ass when you're through.

Well After working 12 to 14 hour days in the shop this week and not touching my truck once I said I'm taking a 3 day weekend and working on the truck.

I made a new pan hard it has 2 bends and 2 splices. I took some 1" cold rolled solid stock and turned some sleeves. So it's 1.5" .250 wall DOM sleeved with 1" sold stock Id say it's pretty damn solid.

Then I see this :( Tire rubbing lower link just before full lock and double stuffed. I guess I was right I'm not getting 50* of steering so I'll limit it with the PSC ram

Just before the stop it's about 45* now still pretty dam good.
