This was said the other day, so I just want to make sure everything is on schedule. I know we all have been waiting a long time for these lights. My assumption from the above quoted was that we were on schedule to get tracking numbers shortly......

 

Yes we are schedule. No we are not weeks out.

The lights are on the way to the US as I type this.

I will post when they arrive.

Just disregard everything he's posted in this thread. Whatever he says is fact is actually false. The rest is most likely just drivel.

Also, don't get openly mad or frustrated with him. He thrives off of that. I've dealt with people like him before, and its best to ignore them.

That said, VolcomTacoma2011, I still don't harbor any bad feelings toward you. In fact, I'd be happy for us to be on good terms so that I can show you how great Trek Lights are. Maybe one day you'll come around. Until then, I'll remain kind and respectful to you, like I have been from the beginning. I hope you will be able to do the same one day.

I'm merely pointing out that people have asked and asked and asked of you an yet you blatantly ignore them, and then give false reassurances without actually stating an exact timeline. I will never be doing business with you again...I was falsely swayed at first into buying your lights, but now after doing some active research, I find that you are pretty much middle to upper priced and are selling the same thing I can get on eBay or your competitors for a lower price. As much as I hate to blow this out in the open like this, you have just blatantly said bad things about me while in the same post saying you hope we can do business.

Here's some questions for ya-

Where's the broken pallet pictures?
Those pictures posted, are those in your house or at the factory?
Do you have an actual ship date FROM the factory yet?
Is your order even done yet?

Stop avoiding the truth. My biggest issue with you is your lack of being honest and avoiding the issue. That is horrible customer service.

Factory. Never said they were in my house. I posted that the lady in one of the photo's was the salesperson from the supplier.

You may or may not be happy with the service, deal, or product you may or may not have received. Post your displeasure in a vendor review and move along. Continually trying to provoke an issue is not going to change anything. If it's an actual recurring issue - Forward your complaint to the staff and we will handle it.
