Thanks. There will be pics. once we get it outfitted, I'm eager to get it offroad (mild, forestry road stuff) and see how it does. 15 inch frame clearance and torsion bar axles, and I got the bigger 15 inch tires/wheels to better handle bumps.

First actual run in with the in-laws. I'm now the bad guy. A friend posted on my fb "Are you separating" meaning from the AF. They took it as Erica and I... I explained it to them, they didn't believe me and tears ensued. Now i'm the one causing the fights and.. Now officially the bad guy.

In good news, putting the house on the market is making me get my ass in gear to finish the projects. And my mom will be in town tonight.

Oh god. Facebook is the devil. That sucks Brady. Yeah, they don't understand that is how military talk about it...

I've had one set of inlaws here so far this month. Another set at end of month. At least they are both basically cool. But still inlaws. Like real parents, but you can't verbally abuse them.

I'm also getting ready to sell...and oh yes, the gee I better finish all these projects syndrome is in high gear.

 Yet another reason to hate FB. Give them a little time, maybe they'll calm down.

Lol. It finally stopped raining here

On another note, we have adopted a cat

A client at my wife's work fell and broke her hip (80+ yo lady), her son wanted to put the cat down since he is allergic and she isnt going to be going home and the clinic doesn't do euth's unless medically necessary. We figured we'd give the old guy a nice home till he goes (17 year old cat with a few medical issues)

That's awesome of you. Putting down an animal because of human inconvenience is lame.

Oil changed in the 4Runner. Got some rust under there, surface flaking it looks like. Nothing I can't take care of I think. Except maybe those LCA bushings. They look pretty bad.

That blows. My old kitty Akbar had heart disease and kidney failure at the same time, but she was 18, too. It happened right at Christmas a few years ago. I had never had an animal put down, but she was clearly suffering and the treatment for one affliction made the other worse. I held her when the vet administered the shot. It was awful. I feel for you, man.:(

Bummer. First transfer together? There's always that new place anxiety especially the first time you transfer, really not looking forward to doing it with my wife. She goes off the wall just going on vacation.

Yeah, it is. I've asked her jokingly if she wanted to divorce me now. The answer currently is no.
