    Maybe i'm just a geek but I like my red guarded two position toggle switches. $3.99 from grainger. Sometimes when I hit them I hope i'm dropping a bomb or something bad ass but unfortunaly is just a backup cam or light lol :D

    The further away you get from downtown Seattle or Bellevue, the cheaper home prices are. Renton will be generally more expensive than Kent.

    I have a 1940 sq ft house in Burien. Available for $1675 a month, it takes me about 14 minutes to get to downtown Renton via 509/518/405. 10 minutes to terminal at Sea-Tac airport and ~15 minutes to DT Seattle via 509/99. I try to stay off I-5 if at all possible but it is only ~8 minutes away.

    Lots of room for your toys. I might be able to do a deal for a fellow TW Member, nothing spectacular mind you cause I still have to pay the mortgage but for the right people I could knock a little off the rent.

    It's cool if you're not interested. I would say that you do NOT want to look north of SEA if you are commuting to Renton. That will be a nightmare commute (IMO). Houses/communities to the north are also generally more expensive than south King County. Better services and schools too though.

    I hear ya. my truck celebrated its tenth birthday last month...took a long time to spend all that money, usually a few hundo at a time.

    Yo mitch, where do you get a good alignment? I had a Bear Alignment doing a grea t job in colorado, but its been my experience the retail places don't want to or know how to handle lifted trucks.

    I have free lifetime balances with Big-O...which dont exist up here! I got my tires balanced every cpl thousand miles:) but now I'm SOL in the PNW. Maybe its time to get some new KM2s at Les Schwab or wherever the hell yall get rubber up here;)
