Anyone a landscaper or know a good landscaper that can help with the design ideas for the back yard and leveling of the yard. I am a little worried about the leveling part with trees along the fence line and one oak tree in the middle of the slope. Kinda depends on how shallow the root system is and how much need to be cut. Also thinking about what slopes are needed if any for drainage. The yard now is set up to put puddles one each side of the house and it sucks.
Any help would be appreciated to help save some money in the end.

Yeah I want it, but I gotta know details on where he is at and how I would get plates on it to drive it out here without emissions and what not.

I want to keep the trees. They are a privacy barrier.

    Wow thanks dude.

I like that top pic, it almost looks like a night exposure, except without that streaks from the moving objects.

Here is the yard. I put a stick in the yard and leveled a string. I would need to bring the high side down 22". Grass hasn't grown since i moved in.

I am planning to do most the work myself (digging, sprinkler relocation, retaining wall). Just want some ideas on how i could level with the tree and need the sod to be installed. Thinking a retaining wall out like 3 feet from the tree or just having the tree higher and leveling the rest of the yard.

I have a buddy who lives out there who said he would drive it back with me. It's tempting. It would need nothing off road wise but it would proly need some maintenance but who knows. I want to call some shipping companies to see what it would cost.

IceHorse is a girl. Probably doesn't mind being called dude but just letting you know Aaron. I like the color saturation of the bottom pic but it shows that your car Wasnt super clean there. I still want to ride I that someday. I miss having a fun street car sometimes

2 car seats? Your lady pregnant? How old is your first? My wife is pregnant again! Didn't announce it in here cuz I wasn't sure anyone would care too much. Pretty crazy though
