    Except that a 265/75R16 isn't even a 32". It's about halfway between a 31 and a 32. I always airdown. Hell even if you just air down to 20psi. I drove around all winter at 20psi just fine. All the guys I wheeled with yesterday aired down to 10-20 psi and none of them aired back up. They just drove the 30 miles back home on the freeway where they were.

    THAT FEELING, when you have been working on a project, and you are trying to go back and figure out what you did wrong because your answer is off and there is no way you can just forget about it and move on...and you finally figure it out....AAAAHHHH HAHAHAHA OMG YES.




    and ben, it's not a dick measuring contest. if you have space for it...fit it. Isnt off roading all about clearance? Every little bit helps. And alvin didnt have issues because a lot of stuff in moab is smooth.

    Yeah it is smaller. haha In my experience tires are always smaller than what they are rated at... My 255/85/16's are supposed to be a little over 33 and measure about 33. At 20 psi they measured 32 and I drove some 60 miles on mine at 20 psi.

    I think tires hold up to the heat better than people believe. Part of that fear comes from the fact that running bias tires are low psi will cause them to separate (not heat related). Radials will separate too, but it's from the heat not the low psi at high speeds. Hell I drove you to Shelly and back and drove 75 mph down the freeway for about 10 miles at 8 psi and my tires didn't even feel warm granted it was November. I think 20 psi is fine. It's lower psi that gets you in trouble with the heat I think though.

    My 255/85's are skinnier than 265/75's so they should be more aerodynamic:stirthepot: Skinnier also means they will be easier to clear;) haha

    Oh yeah. Higher psi is better for lots of reasons. But Low psi should get you to the nearest gas station just fine is my point:D haha

    Moab has nothing really that we did IMO that I couldn't have also don on 31s.

    Lander will change his mind I'm sure of it haha gonna drag his diff over so many rocks.

    The one big perk to 265/75/16's is that they are the factory tire size on almost every pickup made in the 20-30 years so you can find any tire you want in that size and they tend to be a bit cheaper in that size too.

    I'm confident n his driving ability.

    And don't even notice it for clutch haha or really noticed much anywhere else. Wasn't until all the armor and other shit did I notice sluggishness.
