Ya know, the ARB is a great product, great locker but seems to me a little over priced & kinda too much associated hardware & hassle, but maybe its just me

all ready considered, and is why the main plate is so wide out the sides, some flex yes, but not as much as you'd think, I have ran 2 simulations (25000 cycles) and the Flexural stresses are well within acceptable ranges.

The other was to extend them higher much like Matts but not as high and cut into the bed and run a cross bar that would tie in with my tool box.

Yeah, its just you, lol. I really like the ARB, very strong, and you can turn it off and have an open diff for the road. On my Jep I have an ARB on the front and a mechanical locker on the rear, works great and it goes ANYWHERE.

Hey Ty, thats not PC should have said like white on rice..

I love my ARB locker in the front, most of the time I just pop it in and not even mess with the e-locker. Just have to be careful not to ingest water into the compressor and blow out o-rings in the diff during a deep water crossing.

If my compressor got water in it I would be very submerged since it is inside the Jeep, lol. So if that got wet it would be the last thing I would worry about, would be more concerned with drowning at that point.

mines under the hood next to the air cleaner box, I could plumb a air hose and relocate the intake filter in the cab, ARB compressor snorkel so to speak.

Jason I got another question for you about that fuel injector cleaner. How much of a pain in the ass is it to take all the injectors off and clean them? My trucks been bogging a little, feels sluggish and is getting noisy. I replaced the belt and it helped a little. Just thinking if its easy enough, Ill just bang this out and see if it helps. Thanks man!

You think your injectors are dirty?

My truck has 180k and is 11 years and and has not needed my injectors to be cleaned.

Have you changed your filters and ran seafoam in the tank?

Are your MAF sensor or O2 sensors needing to be cleaned or replaced?

So far over the 4 years I have owned my truck I have cleaned the MAF and throttle body every 3-4 months.

    Changed fuel filter 3 times.

Replaced TPS and both O2 sensors.

My truck still has a weird hesitation from first to second but I blame my lack of knowing ho to shift. haha

No matter what I do the truck has the same power and mpgs as well.

I would not imagine the fuel injectors needing to be cleaned yet though.

Yeah they have a history from when they were in the AL & apparently according to Sports Illustrated Quentin has been beaned more than any other player in the majors since '08 Even if the Padresd finish dead last as long as they beat the Dodgers, all good..:D
