Yesterday was pretty much the only day for my weekend...
I have to help setup a picnic at 12:00,
take down the picnic at 4:00,
rush to a hangar to help with the change of command rehearsal at 5:00,
then be at our Chief's house by 6:00 for "roll call" at which I'mm the Lead DD for our squadron and have to stay until the people I'm driving back home are done. So it's going to be a long hectic day for me...

So I priced out how much my entire sound system that I want would cost. $1015.... Haha

But for now(for now as in a few months haha) I'm just going to get a new head-unit and amp wiring kit first, $180.

I have pics in my build thread. Just click my sig pic that seems to be broken and I can't figure out why... link still works and shows the pic and the pic is fine in imageshack, but broke in my sig... Anyway just click on the dead pic that is there and it should still take you to my build thread. Last page has the newest pics.

Just looking under the Taco it doesn't look like the skid is bent but my y-pipe and the skid are now touching (makes a lot of rattling noise while at idle that wasn't there before). Noticed it shortly after I hit that skid hard.

    Here's a link for the lazy:D

I rode in my buddy's boosted Integra over the summer and he was playing the dubstep..since then I've been hooked. I like to crank it in the truck sometimes when I'm just cruising around or goin to work. I get enough looks in the truck but that really adds to it :p

Every time I go to a party that's playing dubstep, I want to slit my wrists. Eff that noise.

x2. When I won a grand on a slot I was going to buy an $800 gun, but figured I'd wait since there's no ammo. Decided that I "save a little money" and go the route of a sub. Went to CarToys (or someplace similar) and wanted this setup that was a step above the basic. They quoted me about $800 with sub, box, amo, wires and labor. And with that I was like you can go fook yourselves :D

For now I've decided to be a lame grown up and save it...put it towards rent or something. :(

    I wish supercharges were cheaper...but now I only need 2k instead of 3! :D

Price includes install. That is half the cost. I never pay retail for car audio either. So many discount shops online, you can always save good money.

Bought a new whip today... A 2000 4runner limited with a sport hood. 80k on it and he threw in a supercharger he had laying around. Won't get it till Wednesday due to me working the next 48 hours. But keep an eye out for a build thread because its going to go fast I think.

Good deal. Should be a fun project. I'm kinda glad you didn't buy that 2003 built runner because I have my eye on it now. Just not sure if I really want to sell my truck.

On a side note, get some skid plates for it! I believe the ones I'm selling will fit.

Are they bud builts? And how much. I really like that 03 but I'm a big fan of the 3rd gens. And finding one under 10k with 80,000 miles with a supercharger not installed yet and the rest is bone stock. I should get it Wednesday and it should be lifted soon after :)
