Kicker is hit or miss. There are some really good value ones out there and there are some really cheap ones. I'm going with Kicker component speakers and tweeters.

I'm not looking to shatter glass or go deaf haha. Biggest thing I want is quality, clean low end. Think they could provide that? I've never heard type s's in person. I might wire my truck and see if he will meet me tomorrow..

For an SQ sub..technically not good. They are cheap and their response isn't great.

But for the average joe they will do fine.

Could I turn a profit on them? I bought my last set of kenwood 10's with 1000w amp for $100 and sold for $200. I'm all about some flipping haha

Cut the "leather" at the part where it's all wrinkled. This way you can pull the fabric at different angles and pull it smooth. Just don't cut it too close to the edge.

Busy weekend with the Toyotas. Put the Toytec Ulitimate kit on the 2000 reg cab. I want to run close to the stock size tire for gas mileage and only wanted about a 2 inch lift. Put the AAL in the rear to get that up a bit (rear leafs will be replaced soon I think). I'll have to crank the coilovers down a bit in the front to get rid of the bro lean and level her out a bit but really stoked on the ride of the new 5100's all the way around. Used the bottle jack between the UCA and the inner fender and it worked great to line up the lower shock bolt.

Also put a new set of King coilovers on the Tundra and replaced the old wheels with some new Konigs (the first set of Kings went 100,000 miles and had to be rebuilt once).

Haven't had an issue with my type s 10. Does fine in the limited box space it's in powered by an mrp-500. Hits the lows better than the highs

Installed an Injen intake. It sounds awesome and throttle response is great.

it is way better. I love it.
Ill try to get some directions up but it was pretty easy just took some time.
Basically just a half hitch knot at one end, and wrapped it nice and tight, and then a half hitch at tho other end.
you can see on the right side about an inch up on the inside, where the ends of the rope come out where I cut them.
