I had the same scare a while ago. Kendra and her friends went in to see the race and, since she's a runner she usually has friends running so whenever I've gone in with her, we always met her friends at the finish line. I couldn't get ahold of her because cell service was cut but I was finally able to get ahold of one of her friends as they made their way toward Somerville. Such a horrible feeling.

Evan, I hope your boss and his kid are OK, as well as anyone else with family and friends in the area!

 

At Shelby today and got assigned a Tasca. Clear out all stores of 15w50. Got 30 gallon jugs and 112 quarts. $1289.66

I saw them off in the distance on my way home but couldn't make out that they were really fighter jets.

Talked to my supervisor finally. He is fine, i didnt ask any details. I imagine it would be pretty traumatic just to be in that area today.

 

That's good news! Sounds like the nature of the injuries were pretty severe. One of the passer-bys was a doctor and he said he'd never seen anything like it. Sounds like there were ball bearings and BB's in the explosives. Sick SOB, asshole deserves to rot in a cold, dark hole for the rest of his miserable existance

 

Ya its horrible. I dont know how anyone could ever do that. And what pisses me off more is seeing people that actually think things like this and sandy hook are government conspiracies

 

Try working near an Air Force base it was insane at Quonset Point today. We nearly crapped our pants today. My little 19 year old cousin and her dad ran today finished safely. My mother is stuck at the ER working

 

Who'd I see on Rt 109 tonight? Lamin-X fog lenses and a soft topper, the truck was desert sand maybe? Tough to tell, it was evening, getting dark.

 

I dont know about you guys but my goal is to have one of each.

 

So today I bought a new water pump (trying to solve the whine) for ~$80, five 6-spoke FJ wheels for $250, 4 255/80/17 KM2's for $1,136, and maybe getting some pro comp 3" rear springs for like $50.

Saw a couple of helicopters fly right over my house a little after 5..something that never happens in this hick town of mine..

 

I'm saving for my lift then put it in the shed. Buy tires put in shed. Buy leafs put in shed. then install all in one day

 

I did that with my tires
