2 explosions at Boston marathon finish

We had 4 jets take off this morning!

 

thought someone was moving some loud metal cart, realized it was a bunch of jets taking off

that sound is unmistakable

 

I saw 2 jets fly over my house earlier. I'm 20 minutes south of boston.

 

I was standing in an Apache hangar watching the jets do their rounds and take off.

 

I watch 4 jets take off like every day of the week. I wouldn't read too far into it...

 

You know I'm joking, right? Haha

 

Couldn't really tell, but the guy who followed up about jets flying over his place near Boston probably doesn't think it's funny...

 

I also saw planes at the airport!!

but they don't usually take off at 3 in the afternoon here, just throwing an observation out there

I was just saying that because I'm on an air Force base. I see/hear an aircraft take off every 30 minutes to an hour. People tend to overreact when something like this happens. The authorities and/or government will handle it, having jets flying over your house isn't really cause for worry nowadays.

Definitely unmistakeable. My campus if pretty close to a naval base...first time a big one did a low fly over, thought it was a earthquake.


But what happened is pretty sad, I just found out about it about 30 minutes ago

 

We were supposed to be protected...by Homeland Security....I rest my outrage. Gee......it's being called "and act of terror"...how refreshingly honest...for a change.
