    Just got back from the airport. Roads are icy and very slick. People getting stuck on the uphill areas on 36. Not sure why but they are. 90 degree weather to fly back to this mess

    Wife and I looked at a house in Arvada over the weekend. Dont know anything about the area but it's inbetween Golden and Boulder so it's a good location for me. Just wondering if anyone knew anything about the area?

    Also my 10' Taco 4x4 double cab TRD sport is going up for sale soon 48k miles.

    2wd and not geared for crawling the trails. Not many close pre runner trails that I know of around here were you could open it up
