    Actually, Mike Mahler's vegan! [IMG]

As is Carl Lewis, Joe Namith and don't forget Mac Danzig who fights in the UFC.

It's not as "effecient" maybe but still possible to get all your amino acids through grains and veggies (pea and hemp protein etc)

I should get my brother on here... he was a strict vegan for years and got huge from lifting. There is a lot of myths perpetuated here. Of course, he is extremely educated on the issue so he knew what he was doing.

You've probably been asked more than a few times on here, but what do you do for abs and how often? :D

I need some new work outs. And no worries, I usually do lower back extensions after squatting/leg work outs, to keep it balanced out.

You're only 1 inch taller than me and 191, while I'm at 165. My goal is 170, but maybe I should shoot for 180 once I finally get to 170...

I've been stuck at 165 for a few months though and haven't been able to gain anymore weight.

Any advice on nutrition for steady, clean gains? :) My only real problem is that I can't bench due to a shoulder, but I use a weighted vest to do push ups instead.

Oh and one more thing, do you do fore arm isolation work?

it's not heavy by my standards but for a chick, that's pretty damn heavy.
If my back wasn't so fucked i can probly pull 515, so far the heaviest i've tried and felt comfortable with is 455. deadlift have never been my strong lift.

How many do a "loading phase" w/ creatine? Normally I get my creatine from a pre workout like animal pump or super pump. Today I just mixed in creatine w/ my BCAAs and sipped on it during my workout.

People that load creatine are probably doing it because of bro science. really there is no need to load. 5g per day is plenty.
