    Just a bunch of old crap
    Unplug it, undo the 3 or 4 bolts/screws that hold it in, and drop it down and out. Get an air compressor and blow all the crap out of the impeller and try to weasel some graphite powder into the axle.

    Should take you about 15 minutes total. Don't even need to remove the glove box. When I did mine last, it had pine needles and all types of crap in it. Runs like a champ now. They got loaded with stuff and get off balance or bound up.

    i think his noise is the recir door actuator making the clicking-since its only when set to inside air..

    the blower motor fix it also easy. i did flynn diesels. but i took apart the blower motor and put grease on the bearing and bushing.
