It doesn't drive rough, my high lift jack just makes a ton of noise if that what you are talking about. The handle bounces around banging against the roof rack. My truck is as smooth as a Cadillac with the new lift.

 

Where is windrock? I'm in central ky and come to east tn often.

it’s in oliver springs TN. you would just come down 75 and get off a exit 122. and go west.

 

oliver springs to be exact. it’s like 20 miles from me, but i have talked to a few people and everyone says if you don’t have lift and full heavy duty skids and rocks sliders, you can’t go down many trails and is kinda boring. and if you do go down them without plain on braking shit.

i would not be as scared if it was not my only vehicle to get around with, and not having a lot of extra money to fix something.

 

He's totally right... Trail 16 broke a lifted and caged XJ on 35's that had no body's ujoints, and broke the front axle of a lifted and sas'd bedless dakota on 35's.

If I get the samurai I'm eyeing by then, I'd definitely come though.

 

Same boat as you. We just need to save up and get those 1st gen runners

 

yeah for real! thats why i’m pretty much scratching the lift idea for the taco. It does all i need right now, and i’d rather have a trail built 1st gen runner then the taco. I do kinda need a soft topper for the bed, and want new speakers, i got a lot of fade with the new head unit once i hit like 25 on the volume level.

 

Can't be scared all your life start saving money now and try not to be reckless and you more than likely wont break anything, however I will be hauling my truck down there
