Thanks! I had the option of powdercoating for a really good price. I know a guy who knows a guy lol, and he said he would do the prep and powdercoat them for $125, told me it was half the price he would normally charge for something that big. Now i wish i did it because touching them up sucks. Thing is the underside will get scratched up eventually, because i plan on using them what they are made for someday haha, so thats why i didnt want to powdercoat, i figured it would be harder to touch up.

Agreed, can't touch up powdercoat, and there is no finish that withstands scraping on a rock!

Thanks guys I pretty much figured nothing short of a ceramic coating would get stripped by the contact with trail debris. Thankfully the APs are bolt-on.:D

Hey Erik, I used the duplicolor truck bed liner and it has been holding up awesome! I do have mud flaps so I can't comment on debris being kicked up...

Anyone want to go decimate the Westboro assholes at the services for the victims of the bombings?

I think it's time to start treating them like a business/organization and tax the hell out of them. They preach their beliefs to the public and are voiding the separation of church and state - religious exemption should take a back seat in this case.

Either they will fade out or they will not have enough money to travel and protest. How satisfying it would be to take their tax money and donate to charities they protest.

That would be great! I do like how people have creatively kept them out of sight during funerals. One off road group parked their rigs down the road all the way from the church to the cemetery, there were hundreds! Another group did the same with motorcycles. There was a small town that parked all the municiple vehicles and blocked in the hotel parking lot they were staying at (my favorite one so far).

I just can't believe there haven't been any violent reactions to them. If I were a parent, and some asshat came to protest my kid's funeral because he gave his life so said asshat even has the right to protest to begin with, I really think I'd lose it. I'm pretty calm and self controlled but I do believe that would put me over the top.

Agreed. They deserve a good ass whoopin!

They are protesting at the funerals of the victims of the Boston marathon explosions. These people are the absolute scum of the earth. They think the bombing was good because mass was the first state to pass gay marriage in 2003 or 2004. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!?
