    Well keep at it!

Oh I'm not doubting it. Paleo is very vegetable and fruit orientated. But still requires protein from fish lean beef and pork and chicken and eggs.

It's kinda basically the best of all diets combined into one.

An okay. Yea 475 was my last one. Dead lift is my heaviest lift no doubt. I hoping to break 500 next time I 1RM as I put on 60 lbs on my front squat and 40 on my back squat. So should be interesting.

Anyone else take C4? I got back into the gym about 2 months ago. A month into I started taking C4 and protein and have seen really good gains.

No...it can also help with muscle contractions, strength, etc...just use plain creatine mono hydrate, or purple pills "Krealkalyn" by EFX.

    Check them out :P

Your not gaining anymore weight because your not eating enough... simple as that. Figure out your macronutrient level that will maintain your bodyweight and slowly increase your carbs till you see a difference on the scale. Not too much though to the point that you just gain a pound of fat every week

Alright weight loss has slowed down to a crawling speed with the same macros and routine time to change shit up.
    Old macros: 220pro 185 carb 65 fats 2200 calories
Old workout: 5 times a week just weights no cardio

New macros 300 pro 350 carbs 90 fats 3400 calories
New workout: 6 times a week weights (hypertrophy or strength every other week) + 60 mins cardio everyday of the week.

Time to take this shit seriously and supercharge my motabolism.

I am almost willing to bet you WILL pack on fat with this. I would add a small refeed or carb cycle...

You need to figure our what your goals are dude, you talk about weight loss constantly, but you haven't lost any, and you talk about losing strength in the process. Is your goal to get your bf in check or is your goal to compete in strong man competitions?

goal is to lose fat while keeping strength, lost 30lbs so far but it slowed down a lot, so im gonna slowly reverse diet and add cardio to kick up the metabolic rate, i'll keep adding calories and upping marcos untill i start gaining weight or stop losing weight, then i'll start cutting calories again.
