Guy just got back to me on the locker off the wrecked access cab. Claims its got the locker. Did the off-road in 05 have a scooped hood ?

 

Not that I know of unless he got hood after or locker after purchase

 

I'm a firm believer religion of any kind should be taxed. Despite the separation of church and state they usually try to get involved anyway, so as George Carlin said "Let them pay their fukkn price of admission like everybody else". He had researched it and found out at the time he said that that if the Catholic Church alone was taxed only on their real estate holdings it would have wiped out the deficit..and that was something he said a LONG time ago.

 

The sport did. Unless he swapped hoods

 

Just took GoPro out of box, now where the hell is that micro sd card????

No, the Off Road never came with a hood scoop.

I might have to get ahold of that guy for some parts though...

I thought only the sport model had the scoop

 

I don't think the sport came with the locker in this guy's supposed to send me pics he also said 400 bucks sounds too good to be true. Pretty cheap or should I just save my money 4 an ARB

 

If it does have a locker them it should be a decent deal. Have him send you a picture of the sticker on the axle, a and the doorjamb so you can check gear ratios

 

I was just in the common and there is the beginnings of a memorial at the gazebo.

 

Got my PIAA relay and dropped it in..2 of the lights work, still gotta tap into power for the 3rd one and mount my switch. Careful Mike, I'm coming for you Mister Bright haha

 

Sports never came with a locker. ever, like never ever. Either he swapped the hood or he doesn't know what the hell he's selling. I'd want to know how it was totaled to make sure there's no damage to the axle.

If you want to get into some serious off roading, the 8.4 differential that comes on the SR5 and TRD Sport is stronger than the OR rear end so adding an ARB locker to a base model will end up with a stronger overall setup.

You still have a long ways to go and a lot of money to spend before you catch me You need another one of those PIAA lights and 4 projectors up front with HID's in each.

 

It's a sport model . No factory locker . I contacted him as well . Access cab. Not sure on color .

 

Smaller truck needs less lights..right? Oh wait it needs more? Dammit

Chris glad it all worked for you. I know it killed you to buy the PIAA relay but it was the easiest way for you to go.

 

I ended up finding it for $20 though Western Auto in Weymouth..better price and like you said the easiest all in all.
