lol you say that but the idiot phil heath who just one mr. olympia says that eating fish helps thin out the skin. who the fuck put that stupid advice in his head... And btw, if you calfs are hard to grow, work them more frequently, and make sure you stretch at the bottom when your doing calf raises. None of that bouncing shit... Just saying, but its sad that people believe that someone is a pro bodybuilder then that must mean they know everything. Most pro bodybuilders have coaches during prep as well as off season. I guess you should hire one too if you believe this 1/2/3 ratio crap

lol because i don't go around taking pictures of myself everywhere... that's the only picture I've taken of myself and my physique since then... If your really going to get this upset about something i didn't even say about you, your wasting your time.

listen man. when people put themselves out there and put their pictures on a public forum, they don't want somebody coming around and bashing them. critiquing is one thing. if you are going to criticize/shit talk (there is a fine line) at least post relevant pictures of yourself (ie. your legs) to back up your case.

    nice work OP

It's always good to see ppl want to get in shape and actually doing it. Most have no idea the mentality that goes in to changing your lifestyle. Diet and training has always been a part of my life and I always appreciate dedication when I see it. The first thing I tell someone who wants to get in shape is 90% diet and 10% training. Here's a couple of pics from a show I competed in a few years ago.

Where did I ever bash him? I didn't say he looks like shit or anything... Im just saying it looks ridiculous when people train the shit out of their upper body, but neglect their legs. With the picture he has his shorts on and he's posing in the mirror, you can tell how small and disproportional his lower body is.

And as for the picture of me lol, you wish you had a physique like me at 17... I train my ass off, and treat my body right.

Not upset, but if you're trying to give advice you have a horrible way of giving it.

Im not trying to give advice or bash him... Just saying (not that he's a douche) now that im in college i see tons of douchy guys that only train upper body and have fucking chicken legs, and they are always in there flexing in the mirror and doing dumb shit... It gets really annoying
