    You have to be consistent...I hope I'm wrong, but what you posted for your macro change won't work... Have you ever had lab work done to see where you stand at testosterone and estrogen wise?

    Any of you done cleansing diets before? What do you recommend. I'm thinking taking a couple days to eat just fruits and try to eat vegetables (I dont really eat vegetables), and having turkey as protein those days (lean less fatty). And lots of water

    Also whats better salmon or cod? I dont really like salmon but I do like cod. I usually use lemon pepper to cook fish if that matters.

    actually, the normal tuna has very little mercury in it. Its the white tuna and larger tuna that contain enough to harm you over time.

    I have done flush diets many times usually before i start going back to the gym or training to kick start me. They work if you eat a lot of veggies. Does clean you out too. Good way to get of caffeine if you want to as well

    Might've been a little calorie happy with the macros but im gonna up it a little for sure and add some cardio so intake and outtake equal out, i havent had blood work done but low T runs in my family so im sure my T level is not rocking through the roof.

    As many green apples as you want all day long, and before you go to bed, take a tablespoon of olive oil and sleep on your side.

    You'll wake up and cleanse yourself.

    pretty much have a lotta fiber so you clean all the shit out, no pun intended lol mix oilve oil with some vingerger some pepper and have it as a salad dressing.
