    because i don't want to have too big of a caloric deficit i wanna keep it under 600, so im gonna eat like 500 more calories and do 500 calories worth of cadio to even those out and i'll let my metabolic rate shed the fat for me.

    :confused::confused::confused::confused:

    Typically if you wanna lose a pound a week you have to burn around 500- 1000 more calories a day then you take in.

    So if you aren't losing fat at the moment and you up the cals 500, and up the cardio to burn 500, you're gonna stay the same way you are now bro.

    You've gotta create the deficit, not add to your diet and burn what you add!! So by either reducing your intake by 500-1000 cals and maintaining your fitness level of activity or by maintaining your cals and increasing you fitness level activity.

    I've done the non iodized sea salt cleanse. And it's fairly rapid... Within the hour. And it's only for one day.

    problem is my caloric intake is already at a 600 deficit and the weight loss stopped, the fat loss is still going but it slowed down as well. i don't wanna cut my macros because they are pretty low. my testing week with consistant workouts i stayed at the same weight for 2 weeks on 2800 calories, so now i eat 2200 calories. i use to eat like 1800 calories i was losing weight fast but i felt like shit.

    You think those guys that compete feel great when they are no water diets, water pills, hours of cardio, and no carbs? And having a dude oil them down and spray tan them?

    Not what you're after but you've gotta come up with a better plan...how about up the macro's and increase the cardio so your deficit is closer to 1000 and your macro's are in your desirable range.

    Or like I said....keep your macro's and increase your activity!!!

    Eric, you prob felt like shit because you're volume in the gym is out of this world from what you've posted. In order to drop bf you're going to have to give up strength and size for awhile.....the 2 can't be done togther for anyone but a beginner.

    Try calories at 10-12x current bodyweight with whatever you want for macros (40/40/20) or whatever it doesn't really matter and only strength train 2-3 times a week with fasted cardio every morning. You will lose some muscle as there's no way around it but you can get swole again once your 10-15%! In fact you'll prob look bigger once your bf% gets lower and can see definition.

    I lost 30-40lbs this way (28% bf-12%) and it was fairly easy once I stayed consistant and stopped trying to kill myself in the gym!

    Just my.02

    Why not lower ur cals a tad and refeed once a week? If you don't want to try this what will your plan be like? Meal by meal... I just can't see success with your plan..maybe I'm wrong though.if you need help Im willing to do so to get you started in the right direction.

    So, if you think you may have low T your plan is to possibly overtrain and become a cardio bunny all while damaging your metabolic rate, thus taking another step back?
