even then i had one of my lower rear shock bolts (grade 8 fine thread) walk itself out the other weekend when I was wheeling. Had been romping on it pretty good and looked down when i was done climbing some hills and saw my drivers side shock hanging there. No idea how it loosened up enough to walk out but it did.

also note to self, never lose a factory shock bolt...i went EVERYWHERE to find one, no auto zone store or specialty screw store had exactly the right one (found one that is a bit longer) and the parts guys at toyota can't just order a new bolt, i would have had to buy the entire spring perch just to get that one bolt.

nice looking shocks jerry! Been waiting to see those things!

go somewhere else and crawl up some rocks or something. your swap costs over 2x what i have into my truck total. so not fair!

There are a couple of places that deal with fasteners of all sorts. McMaster and Olander. Almost always worth checking either place if there's something you absolutely have to have.

I like reading this thread. I seem to learn something every day. I still have to get all my new parts covered on insurance. Keep forgetting to email them and send pics.

Got the 5/8th drill bit today and drilled out the pitman arm and installed it. Cycled it and it looks good just a few miner tweaks need to be made. I'm bruning it all in tomorrow I did make the lower links i just need to make the upper. This thing will be sitting on 37's by Sunday
