to this type of stuff and it is quite sad really.

In the meantime those of us who do have exposure to government
and intelligence and various security organizations and operations
will filter out that noise and focus on facts, not speculation

I don't follow any and every conspiracy theory that ever comes up but it's not like we can't look in the past and see times our government "conspired" and was busted haha it happens. I'm not saying in this instance it did, I'm saying it happens, in our government and I would think many or all others. I suppose watergate was no biggie ha

If you don't believe in Santa you don't spend all day trying to prove he doesn't exist. If you don't believe our government is involved in something, cool man. Don't stoke the flames then.

 

Lying cheating and stealing are one thing when it comes to conspiracies, but to blame the government for purposely blowing people up, or 9/11 is a whole different thing.

Those people should GTFO IMHO of course.

Everyone has a right to their own opinion, we don't have to flame them for expressing it.

I do not buy into every conspiracy theory out there, but that said, I do think the government is capable of things like this. They have done worse in other countries.

Or maybe its the order of the Skull and Bones or the Illuminati.

I am ex-AF intelligence, and now work on 'big-data' forensics.
You know the stuff, doncha ? if it happened electronically, anywhere in the world,
1) it is logged
2) warrants are always passed or pushed through
3) the data will be mined and all parties will be discovered. Not if, but when. period.

that is what I do for work. the software the spooks use needs TLC, that is what I do.

You can guess at the customers I directly work with...

pro-tip: you know about the proxies and anonymizers people think they can hide behind and
do dumb crap like website hacks, DDOS, or any other type of cyber attack ? well, news-flash...there are no
hiding spaces. If someone is interested in tracking something or someone down, it will get done.
heavily encrypted packets or tunnels might not be able to be directly read, but source, destination, routes,
[and a lot of other stuff] is always information that can be collected and analyzed, and hands placed on
the bodies on either end... in any location on the globe. [internetz is real serious bizness]

no one can prevent all possible attacks. But once a crime is committed, it is only a matter
of skill and time and data crunching to put the perps in a cell. let them have the crime, we'll
do the followup and track them down.

Almost all possible attacks are logged (much like the Boston bombing, all of that is filmed, video,
or otherwise logged. just a matter of time to do the forensics and lay hands on the perps)

if the FBI is after you, yes. they can warrant google or a dozen other
search engines and get all your history...

this takes a metric-fuck-ton of storage arrays dedicated to essentially copying
everything that is happening, when it is happening...and being able to go back
and mine that data. Gigantic bombproof systems are already doing it worldwide,
and they are continuing the be built-out indefinitley. Someday, the worlds
#1 power hungry device(s) will be these massive storage arrays.

No one gives a rats-ass what you do, and no one will look at the data, until you are doing something verboten.

There are ways to have google to delete your files. You will need a pen and a piece of paper and a good selection of wise words.

 

FBI just came out and posted photos of their suspects on fbi.gov if anyone is interested. it seems like they are getting a little closer. the special agent in charge made it seem like they only saw one of the bombs being planted though so im curious to hear if they figure out about the other.

Who knows if these two guys are the perpetrators. But I have absolutely no doubt that these guys will be found. There is no way they cannot find these guys with as much publicity as this will be getting.

 

The two guys FBI are looking for didn't show up in the link I quoted. The link showed a couple of different photos of potential suspects.
