    Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
    I would rather have the protection than the lockers...that being said I am done with suspension and protection so next is lockers for me...already started saving my pennies...only 299,999 more pennies to go

    Just got my quote from ECGS today :eek: Not sure if I can handle them having my truck for 2 days. Glad I moved a large chunk of money out of my checking account otherwise I probably would've at least ordered them.

    It's about the same price to buy the complete thirds regeared and locked and then send back yours and do the install urself than to drop the truck off

    then just order the thrids. its what i did for my front locker. bought the assmbled third with locker, was about $1350 and me and barry installed it. save on gas, hotel, or whatever might be needed to drive to raleigh and have them do it. plus other people have stated some things were loose like bolts on driveshaft and other things after ECGS installed theirs

    Odds are also pretty good that for the money you save on labor you can buy a much better product to install for yourself. Plus, who doesn't want to spend a weekend cursing and bloodying up knuckles? :D

    You're running the DT long tubes, any problems so far?

    As soon as I drove the truck I noticed the stock exhaust manifold sounded like it was choking the engine. What is your opinion on the performance gains?
