    Sea salt is great for you. I add it to almost every meal. It helps the proteins cross the cell membranes too.

    U rang? Lol....everyone is different though....not all carbs are cut completely, usually lowered a decent amount until the night before stage then you can carb up if too flat...some eat into the show...heck, some guys get peeled with no cardio and with little to no water pulling....the tanning sucks. Standing there butt naked as they spray you with layers.

    Haha i don't even like tortillas that much, just trying to get some fast digesting simple carbs in me, usually i have the true grain omega 3 hippie tortillas :D

    Man, it's a ton of fun. I've been teaching it for a couple months now (went and got my Level 1 Trainer cert) and it's the best decision I've made in a looooong time. I love training for GPP ( General Physical Preparedness), and the Olympic lifts help that out in a big way. Functional fitness!

    Are you using the sweet potato Pre workout? need high GI carbs to overfill the glycogen levels and spill into the fat cells which will help raise the t3 and leptin levels...also, if I may suggest- lowering the fats. Fats slow digestion and thats not what we want. Fats should be kept to a minimum. Also, are you doing this on your weak body part days?

    Here are some suggestions to help you...if you should choose to use them.

    Egg whites, protein shakes, rice cakes, cream of wheat (instant/plain) cereal, almond milk, EVOO, fish oils, egg yolk, chicken breasts, sweet potato,banana, intra shake (glycofuse, Karolyn, etc)

    awesome, thanks sean i have all those stuff you mentioned, i will also lower my fat to 55. i do all my workouts fasted, then start eating around 4pm end at 10pm sleep at 1am usually a full 8 hour sleep with the help of melatonin and 5htp. My IF eating window is 6 hours. 4pm-10pm

    i see, i'll schedule an appt with my doc next week, and check my functions. so far strength is great, energy is high, mood is okay but gets really good once i start eating, recovery is extremly fast for some reason.

    I would lower to 30-40g of fat and up the pro some..maybe to mid 200 range

    Melatonin only helps regulate sleep patterns..not actually put u to sleep...FYI.

    okay, i will give it a try i'll just replace my olive oil with cooking spray that should bring me to 38g a day range, yeah my sleep cycle was messed up for like 3 month so far taking it really helps.
