I'm kinda glad white hat guy is the one still alive, since it seems he is the one who placed the bombs. I was hoping for both alive so they could suffer, but if I had to pick, its white hat guy.

 

Ya he seemed younger in photos so maybe they can pressure him for info

I am sitting on city hall plaza having my am coffee and it is very quiet. There is no police or military presence

 

Interesting, listening to the scanner feed, seems as though they got one area locked down. I have no idea where, but from what I can tell they are focusing in one area.

 

So any indication of who they actually are? Names, organization, where they're from?

They just said that the two suspects are from russia and are brothers. They are 20 and 19. The white hat is 20. They have been here in country for about a year
