Yeah I think since it is federal then death penalty is an option. Don't quote me on that though its been a while since I took a criminal justice class haha

I love how the Boston police commissioner stood by all the officers and made it known how tough it was for them and how heroic they were last night during the shoot out. Rep to him for doing that.

I have no idea if thats the actual suspect but the large gaping wound on his left upper chest was made by doctors, not by wounds suffered. Also, the hole immediately below that was made by doctors too.
