Yes you should, there is no reason for having that many remotes, they make multifunction remotes, you have to turn your remotes in and buy a multifunction remote immediately.
If you are caught with more than 1 remote per household you will be guilty of a felony.

 

But even if you have a remote, you won't be able to use it because DHS is buying up all of the batteries.
