    Overall I'd say he's a pretty happy but very confused Canadian.

    My thesis: OZ is special and probably should be a protected class. He's like the special cousin everyone has that is super extra loved by his grandmother. We just call him "slow." I would also be willing to bet that while watching F1 races he says "VROOM" every time a car goes by on the screen.

    I wonder what the rate of VROOM compared to lol and wut is.
