Too hard to keep up with this one BS thread. How do you have time for multiple threads? I joined cottora, pirate4x4, tundrasolutions, toyota...(cant remember) and customtacos in the past but haven't been there in forever. I have found TW to be the easiest to search, has the best advice and has the best people willing to help. I remember asking members in one of those about a mod they did and they acted like it was a complete secret and I was going to steal their idea.

Yeah my father is a mechanic. Retired once and is now shagging cars from the auctions for a dealership. He works on some of them to get them ready to sell. He told me not to get into it for a living cause you will hate working on your own then. This is why I like doing stuff in the garage on weekends now. For me its an escape but for you guys its just another day at work. I can see how that could be draining.

Yeah find a new location. That highway will go through and that noise travels far. Its the last leg to complete a loop around the Denver metro area. They have been trying to stop it forever but I think it is going through this time. It will make your home harder to sell in the future too. IMO anyways.

They will get you on soon. Just make sure you complete an intro thread and log in once a week or they delete you. Don't know why but that's the deal over there. Assuming you're talking about FR4x4 though

My be has been over taken under the covers by a pointer who is trying to stay warm and an over grown lab on the top of the covers trying to get me out of bed so he can eat.

Edit: and now a baby who just woke up.

I would pass. Too close to HW for me and as pointed out will kill your property value. Denver market is killer right now. House are selling for way over asking price and in less than 24 hours. The house I just bought in Lakewood went on the market at 8 am. I toured it at 10. Put in bid at 11 and was not even in the first 5 offers.

Great looking Kid and dog there Devin.
Jealous of the dogs I want to get one but have to finish some remodel on the house first. I want a boerboel. Already picked out the breeder and talked to them.

I don't know that it would kill the property value. Look at all the massive houses by 470 in south aurora by the south lands mall. Those houses are still 400-500k at a minimum and they are right off 470. Might make a difference if its not a toll area in golden though because it is a toll over in aurora.

Thanks man! We had the lab, then we got the pointer and then we got Prego. Prolly would have passed on the second dog if we knew we were gonna have a baby. She is a great dog though but always has to be snuggling. The lab was a Craigslist dog from a guy hi bought him and his older dog was not having it. The pointer was a Craigslist dog but she was from a top gun dog breeder in Colorado. Got her at a discount because she had an over bite haha.

Cool. Ive rescued every other dog I've ever had but this time I decided I wanted to get exactly what I want so I decided to go to a breeder casue good boerboels are difficult to find and you do not want a bad 180 pound dog lol.

I love dogs too but I don't want any after my two. My wife and I made an arrangement though. If we ever got a cabin we have to get a Great Dane. I'm scared. :/

Oh come on owning a dog isnt THAT bad. The hair is at times annoying but its SOO worth it having a buddy waiting for you when you get home!!!

LOL lock your wife and dog in a trunk for four hours and when you open it see which one is more happy to see you.

Okay you win with the kids, But all three are way more expensive then a dog is :) haha Congratulations on number two sean!
