If you want a quick response I would email Troy. I did and he got back within an hour. Also I just got my tracking number.

And don't use the bullshit excuse "I'm not trying to stir anything or instigate anything" because you are by posting in this thread LONG AFTER you received your refund. So good-bye and leave us be. Everybody hates on Volcom but most of what he says i have been quietly keeping to myself trying to stay calm about the situation.

The last few days have on this forum have revealed that the one speaking for Trek has been "relieved of his duty", one tracking number has been sent out, and Treklights has been nonexistent on the forum.

At this point i should not have to be hounding somebody with emails where the products i payed for a few months ago are. The burden now should be on Trek to inform its customers on the status of their order. I understand there have been issues and many others much like myself have been very patient with the process. But as someone starting a business i would think five minutes a day to update this post, especially when prior deadlines have not been met would be somewhat of a priority. This would also greatly alleviate the "trolling" that has been going on.

There is a difference between a negative review and trolling...Knowing of potential problems is part of making an informed decision, but taking the review process to a personal level and repeatedly insitagting without reason won't be tolerated.

 

Correct, Troy probably should have had some inventory before the GB, he was def not prepared for the number of orders, and things are a bit slow because of that. Rest assured, he is working his ass off which I would prefer rather than wasting time in the forums. He will get your order out, patients goes a long way. I believe him when he said the pallet was destroyed and Im sure he's doing everything he can to get you your lights.

If you have concerns, he will get you your refund. There is no reason to panic. Stay calm and make an informed decision. Please refrain from post your concerns in open forum unless Troy is not providing the support you need. Remember, this thread is not a "Support" thread. He has an email, phone number, and you can use PM's too.
