I am looking to get more low end power from 2011 Tacoma 2.7ltr , this trk is used in the woods a lot mostly for hunting so a loud exhaust is out. Have been using low range but that blows.Already removed secondary air filter(helped some)and installed K&N filter.Running 235/75R16 Wrangler MTRs on stock wheels, any suggestions?

Any reason why 4Lo blows? For offroading I would think this would be the best option. There are lots of little mods you can do but none of them are to give you the kind of low end power that 4Lo does except for maybe a super charger, but that gets tricky for you since I don't think TRD makes one for the 2.7L.

Either that or a regear.... That will get you low end for sure

4 banger lacks low end power, just the nature of that engine... :notsure:

Oh... duh:facepalm: Don't know why I of all people spaced the re-gear. This will probably hands down be your best option, other than trading it in for a V6 that is.

I went to 4.88's and is has a lot more low end power.

Re-gear. For added fun, URD makes a s/c. Probably not the best bet for a hunting vehicle, but it would sure make getting there fun. ;)
