Jerry why are you going with a three as opposed to a 4 linked rear? Not hating, just curious.

Looks good! Can you post a picture of the frame section where you notched for the pitman arm? From the pictures it doesnt look like you left much frame there?

I'm running a 3 link so i dont have to move the gas tank if i were to run a 4 link the tank would have to be relocated seeing how its a daliy driver i dont want to mess with it at a moment.

I didnt notch it for the pitman arm i did for the steering staft i cut about 1.25" off the top so it would fit without a BL then i plated it with 1/4 plate. The top section is 1/2" so its pretty solid.

    Here is a close up.

How much clearance do you have underneath the frame to the pitman arm? You may want to consider adding some material back in on the bottom side of that.

1/2" top is great but mainly reinforces in the up/down direction, the thickness and heigth of the side plates act as the flanges for side/side deflection which is primarily what is will see from the steering box.

    Otherwise fab work looks good

Yeah I have some room on the under side it's still not boxed in so that will add more beef when all said and done. Once I start gusseting everything I'll see what can be added there.

    NoWD no drive shafts :D

I was turning it around to put it back in the back of the shop to give me more working room during the day. So I had to bust out the lift and stretch it out a little

The ORI's have about 4" of down left in the pics the forks were going to hit the bottom of the bed so i stopped there. It's going to be a flexy son of a bitch
