See how far your yoke was being pulled out of the transmission. You need a longer driveshaft or a spacer to push the shaft further up in the transmission like it should be. Also you put added strain on your carrier bearing with the driveshaft being like that.

Pic also added on how your yoke should be in the transmission

Pull the driveshaft and get it to a good driveshaft shop...the hot rodders and the heavy truckers should know. I don't know if those shafts are steel or aluminum, but have them build you a nice two piece steel shaft, with greaseable u-joints.

And have Borla build you a decent exhaust, their plant is 10 miles from the house.

I just bought new u-bolts but they didn't have a new yoke so I'm waiting to get them from the dealership. Where do I get the spacers?

2wd 05-13 Tacoma's (The 65x65mm is the one that fits). Here is a link to his site. http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/DriveshaftSpacer.shtml

I run the 1.25 spacer since my truck is lifted 4" in rear so you should probably be ok with just a 1". Also I would recommend a beefed taco carrier bearing drop bracket.

    http://stores.streetacos.com/-strse-1/carrier-bearing-driveshaft-vibration/Detail.bok

add these along w a new carrier bearing, u joints and your yoke and you should be golden.
