I recently started changing my own oil, but I don't want to do a tire rotation myself. Anybody have any suggestions as to where to go to have this done for a reasonable price?

Any tire shop will do it but honestly, tire rotation is easier than changing your oil.

Do you have a second jack? Why wouldn't you want to do it yourself?

If you can change a flat you can rotate your tires.

Most shops, garages, or dealers will do it for you for $20. I wouldn't pay anything more.

Discount Tires "rotate" for free. Balancing does cost, however. They've also fixed 2 flats for free.

They rotate free, but charge you for lifetime balancing when you purchase a set.

You can buy this on any tire.

Buy a brand new vehicle from Toyota, drive to Discount, give them $40, and you now have free rotation and balancing every 5000 miles.

That's right, and $40 at Goodyear shops as well. Buying your tires through Discount will cost you $16 per tire for mounting and lifetime balance, unless you're getting a hook up.

I just have a personal policy that no Goodyear employee will ever touch one of my vehicles again.

Too many problems with them and Firestone 10-20 years ago, including a car that burned to the ground a week after Goodyear replaced the CVs and "got it up to snuff" to the tune of $1200.
