Doing my first refeed Sean. Shoot me some tips. I've been sitting at about 120ish carbs oer day. Wanna ramp it to 250+ for a day or so.

That's a low day actually. Usually I do a protein shake with chocolate milk. Doing a biggest loser competition right now for my school. So far I'm kicking ass. Next week will be a bump up in calories. To about 1600~1700.

    Here, try this

    M1:

    Egg whites:270g
    Egg yolk: 18g
    Cereal (honey nut cheerios) 90g
    Almond milk(unsweetened) 4oz

    M2:
    Protein: 48g
    Rice cakes (app cinn) 75g

    M3:
    Chicken breast:135g
    Cream of wheat (instant) 95g
    EVOO: 1 tsp

    M4:
    Chicken breast:155g
    Sweet potato: 485g
    Fish oil (caplet)2 softgels

    M5 (post weights)
    Protein shake:35g pro
    White potato: (w/skin) 355g
    Banana: 125g

    M6:
    Protein shake: 25g pro
    Egg white: 230g

this will put you in the neighbor hood somewhere around
    260g pro, 400g carb 32g fat

However, I would not incorporate a refeed unless you have stalled out...

You can narrow your stash down to a lot less with whole food, fiber rich food, high protein food and such.

If you must have supps, have a vitamin, a protein sup and maybe an amino acid sup. All the rest are optional if you eat the right stuff. Even pre workouts are optional, brew some strong ass coffee, and have 50+ grams of complex carbs prior to workout. Post workout, grab some BP and J and slap it on a white bread sammich with protein shake or something similar....

I used to be all into supps, never had a stack that big with so many things.
