I was just messing around under my truck and remembered that I didn't get the yearly frame inspection done last year. Is this a problem? I think the paper said you have to do it once a year for the replacement deal to stay valid. Anybody know? I might take it in, but it's a waste of my time. I have no rust.

I dint have a clunk sound but when I pressed the brakes at a speed past 45 my truck jerked to the left and then my steering wheel went off center but that is fixed now

And I didn't burn them out I got the big chunks of rubber off with a flathead and a hammer then I used a wire cup in a air drill to get the old rubber out much faster than burning the rubber out

Pretty sure this method hasn't been done before, and I have no brake lines right now so I guess we'll find out.

Others that run similar in cab snorkels have said that it's not bad at all though.

Does methane boost HP? Cause I'm gonna fart in it the next time I'm riding shotgun.

Mechanic seems to think mine is just valve cover gaskets. It wasn't nearly the amount of oil yours is though. Mine was just a few drops on the cv boot and under the drivers side gasket.. None on the ground and definitely nothing I would consider as "spraying". Fixing it as we speak, so we'll see how it works out. Best of luck to you, brother.

Oh right on. I'm dropping mine off in a few minutes as well. It's a drivetrain specialist shop so I'm going to have them look at my U-joints and carrier bearing while they have it. I need to get those buttoned up before ordering my lift.

Realized what was causing my seatbelt to catch on the lumbar adjustment switch on the side of my seat...

It's been going on for the last week or so...apparently one of the tabs that keeps the switch bezel locked in place in the side of the seat has broken off. Thinking of wrapping it with duct tape and jamming it back in there to see if that holds it.

Wrapped the entire part that goes into the seat and put it back in and it definitely clicked back into place...that duct tape trick might just work ;)
