I put in my 2 week notice today. No more working on shit houses. Moving up to the big leagues we got the deposit for a $250,000 job, which looks like its going to turn into more like a $500,000 job as it progresses. Its a big risk going from a employee with full benefits to self employed but i couldn't turn it down, without risk there is no reward right?

There is a project like that at my parents house going on. 40'x60' pool my dad had it ripped out along with the pool deck 10" of cement and they are going with a gunyte kidney shaped pool with flat stone deck and a boulder dive rock. Then the current pool house is going an he is having a 30'x40' pool house build with cable and fully applienced, Out side will feature a stone structure gazebo kinda thing with a built in gas grill and fire place. I dont even want to know what it will cost in the end

Damn thats a big project. Probably could be half a mil no problem. The project i am going to be working on is just built ins, kitchens (ya more than one) and a crazy bar. For a 10,000 sf 4 million dollar home

Yea I belive it he's big into hardscapes a few years ago they added a 4,000sqft edition onto the house with a mahogany deck

Nope, been seeing regular sized single tires. Saw one today where the guy had the inner wheels, but the outer rims had no tires on them.
