I'm doing well! It seems you've been busy, lots of happy customers! I've been eye balling your spring fix for a while and my AAL is starting to sag. I'm thinking Chevy springs :)

I'm happy to see you've got customers all the way out here so I might actually be able to see the fix first hand.

Yeah its been keeping me out of trouble I guess haha..:) So far the MOD has been waaaay ahead of the curve for sure, can't argue with success, just think, you do the MOD & every day you can walk out, look at your truck & think "Why didnn't i do this sooner ?"...:D

Well, got a few hundred miles on the leafs now. Very happy with them. Nice plush ride, seem like they will do great loaded up as well. Ride height is about perfect, just a touch less than what I was looking for final height which is perfect for the addl height that will be gained with a shackle flip. United Nations Pack FTW

Haha, yep leave it to the nations of the world to come up with a winning spring...:D

That's great to hear Tyler, ya know I've been kinda kicking myself all weekend , I should've been more aggressive with the build as far as height/rate/etc;. But in fairness to myself , configuring your build with the specs. requested has probably been one of the hardest to hit as far as ride/height/rate could've predicted that we wouldn't hit it the first time, but ironically I usually DO get it right the first time, oh well me & my fragile ego...haha ! Any adjustments needed , let me know ... & thanks again buddy...:)

I will say this, for anyone that's considering spending big money on a brand name pack, I wouldn't bother. I replaced a brand name pack with these and got a much better performing spring pack that still allows to be easily adjusted if ever needed.

Do you offer or make a leaf pack to accommodate a 4-5" lift? I just don't want to use blocks in the rear and don't want to spend $600+ on alcan springs. Thanks!!!

I don't really offer any (meaning I don't carry an inventory of different ride heights/load rates/etc; because seems like most customers have a specific want/need for rear springs , so I guess you'd say I fall more into the custom built category (not that I build springs for racing/competition/etc; mostly because I don't have the equip. to do that, tho' at some point I'd like to build a serious leafpack for competition (distant future) I would like to have a few sets on hand for an over-the-counter app.

For you wanting 4"-5" it's doable but it'd take awhile for me to locate the right leafs (commercial 1-ton SUA type ) They have considerably more ARC to them for donors.. But not impossible tho'....

This brings up a good point of issue, Just a reminder to folks that this MOD is for the re configuring of the OEM configuration.. Obviously 4"-5" is easily doable with a longer spring (chev. 63"'s) but my objective with this MOD is to stay within the parameters of the OEM main spring, regardless of the number or type of leaf cuts incorporated...
