yeah i know haha most of them i only take sometimes, stuff i do take everyday is vitachew, fish oil, cla. resurrect pm, L-Tryrosine, 5 HTP, melatonon for sleep and anti depression. stuff like ergo pump, craze. bcaa i only take when i need them, and stuff like whey and pro fiber i only take if i don't hit my minimun fiber or protein intake. IDK why i bought ergo test and cycle support, but i havent used it yet. so idk how they work, been in my stash for god knows how long.

You could probably do it depending on diet. I've tried for years to break 200lbs and when I did I was eating 3500-4000 calories a day. It was more of a bulky 200lbs but still healthy for the most part. If I don't eat like that with my workouts then I just stay around 185lbs. My goal now is to just stay in shape while still trying to make some gains.

well you are probly holding on to a lotta crap right now, literally, do a high fiber cleanse for 2 days, you'll probly lose 3-5 lbs. then start eating bananas and low salt food to get most of the water weight off, i think you can lose about 10lbs in a week. you gonna feel pretty tired tho.

Hey can you post a pic of when you weighed much less? No homo, but it's always cool to see those kind of before and after pics for some real fitness motivation!

Depending on what you do, I'd stick to max one hour in the gym.

Train on a 6 rep 10 set program, at 70% one rep max, 90 second rest between sets, MAX 2 min rest.

Train 2 body parts a day, 4 days a week. For instance day one: chest 10x6 bench, weighted stretch, 2 sets dips to failure, dip stretch. Tri's: Cable rope push downs 10x6, rope stretch, triceps kick backs 5x6.

I know this program works, I gained good solid muscle on it over the winter months, and with that diet, you will see results.

After 3 weeks on the 70% weight, reduce weight used by half for one week.

Awesome. thanks! Ive been following my buddies routine to see how it works. Hes a lot bigger than me but says its worked for him very well. Ive been told for my body style i should do heavy weights and lots of food

    1 body part/day, 1-2 hours, 6-7 different routines, 4 sets. max reps. 70%-90%, 60-90 sec rest
