I bought a GoPro black but havent opened it. When I got home with it , I realized it was the same price as a TG rear bumper. Not HC but still protects the bedsides behind the rear wheels. Not sure if I want to keep the GoPro or get the bumper...

Well a high clearance bumper won't happen before Moab, not the one that I would buy If money wasn't a limited resource anyway. So would you recommend me just going the way I have my rear bumper (stock) right now?

you have a tow package right?

You'll be fine on this trip id think. Can't think of anything where the HC will be handy.

    Moab it'll be more useful.

Yeah, won't have it by then you. But that's okay, I will do my best to scrape off this tow package and get a high clearance bumper sometime down the road.

Talking rear bumpers for 2nd gens... It's not the cheapest or the highest clearance rear out there but I have been very impressed with the CBI bushmaster so far. I got it when they were 20% off last month :D

So ya'll don't think i'm full of it here is a video of what I said about shooting an xbox yesterday. Ruger 454 super redhawk alaskan at 20 yards. Nothing too exciting, just shooting the xbox i've had since 2005 that finally stopped working. I forgot to get a shot of what the other side of the xbox looked like... use your imagination :D It is still processing thru youtube but it'll be up soon :) Here's the link. Yes, I picked up all my garbage before I went home.

Yeah... I'm just messing with you guys. I've never even been to Lander or ran those trails. I did this in Idaho and Monte wasn't there and had nothing to do with it. haha

I did it on stuff like this (same trail, almost same spot):
