Update: I talked to dan over at cline ranch and everything is good to go. There is camping but as was stated earlier it is primitive No restrooms, water or electricity. No open fires since there is a burn ban in effect in the county, but a closed pit BBQ is allowed. There are 8 trails ranging in difficulty from easy to rough. He did say he has seen a stock toyota handle a few of the trails that are there. He does not have trail maps yet but if we need one he can set us up with a trail guide. We do need a minimum of 5 trucks to get in, there is a $30 fee for driver and one passenger (per vehicle) extra for any others tagging along, extra passengers under 18 are free. This sounds like the place, now all we need is a list of who is coming and what they are bringing.

1.) redraider - bringing BBQ pit, patties, buns and hot dogs, and some beer 8:30am
2.) Drew02a (Andrew) - Potato Chips, Pretzels, and a lot of beer. (whatever else is needed) Possibly out
3.) EquinsuOcha - Chinese Chicken skewers, beer, Foreman grill, paper plates, plasticware 8:30am
4.) Phynyx38 (Mike)- Potato salad, coleslaw, water, sodas, napkins, paper towels.
    5.) TexasIslandBoy 8:30am
    6.) thekidcatcher 8:30am

I would really like to make it down, but cant commit right now. I am off work that weekend but might be going down that way for the heat wave car show 2 weeks after. If I come down I am camping somewhere. Maybe we can do something over at Lake Canyon. Do they have any parks or places to camp?

Not sure if we I can make it for sure.. We are on vacation in Utah, Oregon, and Washington for the month of June so we might be on recovery mode... We will have to play it by ear....

Have any of y'all been here:

    http://clineranchpark.com/

Could be a good location to offroad. I don't know if we'd be able to bar-b-q and/ or stay overnight.

    Count me in either way.

Actually i was about to post that, they do offer camping but it is primitive (no facilities) It is $30 dollars a day including passenger and a minimum of 5 rigs. We could do that if everyone is down i will call them for more info (update later) or we could just meet at a city park and for those that want to camp out can go here http://www.koakampgrounds.com/where/tx/43112/index.htm#rates

Primitive doesn't bother me, but it might bother the mrs.

If I'm not mistaken, they own the property directly below Medina Dam. That should be some Bithin' Fishin'.

it's on PR37 and really close to HWY 16 so if she's not happy about it, we're close to civilization, i've delivered mail there just never paid attention to it before.

2.) Drew02a (Andrew) - Potato Chips, Pretzels, and alot of beer. (whatever else is needed)

There's a slight chance I won't be able to make it if my truck isn't put back together by then, but it's a VERY SLIGHT chance.
