    how is that possible, i thought the USPS distributed the tracking number to the shipper who then sent it to the shippee? Im sure im not alone when i say i dont have a number yet

    Mine is being sent via UPS, however both UPS and USPS shipping number's can be created in-house. Meaning he has probably boxed everything up, labeled it and has yet to drop it off at a facility. I e-mailed him today asking when he was going to drop it off at a UPS store, which also accepts USPS packages. It is unlikely that he has a UPS van that will pick them up from his house.

    Also, both UPS and USPS have options to send the tracking number via e-mail to the recipient. I do quite a bit of shipping with both UPS and USPS as I work in a gun store.

    Did anyone get tracking numbers 4 days ago or since?

    Why are we not getting a response. I called 2 phone numbers from the invoice and email signature and got no answer and no call back. This is extremely poor customer service. I understand things get delayed and Troy has a day job but there has just been no concrete proof that lights will be delivered.

    I sent Troy a PM yesterday and still have not gotten a response. Honestly I just want my money back so I can just be done with this nonsense.

    Nope it was never posted. Don't get discouraged about GB's. There are a lot of great vendors on this site with great products. I've been apart of a few and this is the first one that has really just gotten under my skin. This is what I get for not doing any research first :rolleyes:
