I just caught your post over in the "what have you done...1st gen" I've been watching your old GB thread.... You had plenty of interest over there, and maybe I missed it but you may want to throw an update in that thread...regarding this one...

Nontheless, I'm in for a full set.... personal use "TRD" cutout... (preferably cut correctly....)

    When do I submit payment?

Edit: Well I guess I'm crazy cause now I can't find the old thread...or maybe this one is the old thread....idk. Carry on.

Will the skids fit with a Trail Gear bumper? The stock skid mounts to the TG bumper fine but I've heard the angle or something is slightly different when the stock skid is bolted to the TG bumper

I can't say for sure since the trail gear bumper replaces the stock skid mount up front, but a small variation in height would not effect the skid.

What have you come up with for this? I'm still on the fence, pending the transfer case protection. Don't want to miss the gb, but want to see what you come up with before going 100% all in.

Nothing. Didn't pursue it. I would need more time and money to make new prototypes. I'm deep into pocket on current-design skids. Especially after the first one got messed up.

The bolts are M8x1.25. The length I use is 16mm in the front, 25mm in the rear, so you will probably want 40mm long. I use 3/8" washers because they are stronger than 5/16".

I'm in San Diego. I haven't decided on purchasing yet. If I do I will let you know. It's a toss up between this, bud builts combo and possibly hiring a fabricator since I would really like the transfer case protection as well.
